Shipping policy

Processing and Production Times:
  • Lead Times will vary (currently at 1-3 business days).  Lead times may increase during holiday season (October through January). Processing times are the length of time it takes for the placed order to be fulfilled which is typically 2-3 business days. This is separate of shipping times.
  • Shipping information will be sent to the customer at the end of the processing time.
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm Eastern Time start their processing period the next business day.
  • Flyover Roots does not process on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
U.S Shipping Methods: 

  • Shipping options and prices will vary based on the items you have in your cart. 

  • Shipping time selected applies to the amount of time the package takes to arrive once it leaves our warehouse. Flyover Roots still requires processing time before an order ships.
  • Flyover Roots uses USPS, UPS, FED EX and other services to ship your apparel.   
  • Flyover Roots is not responsible for lost items marked delivered by USPS.
  • Flyover Roots is not responsible for damaged items marked delivered by USPS.
  • Flyover Roots provides an optional service for shipping insurance.  If this is not purchased, Flyover Roots is not responsible for issues related to shipping and it is the responsibility of the customer to resolve the issue with the shipper.
  • Shipping rates are based on time, weight and location. All shipping times are estimates and can not be guaranteed.
